NDF member arrested for fraud at Walvis Bay

WINDHOEK, 14 JUN (NAMPA) – A 39-year-old Namibian Defence Force (NDF) member was arrested for alleged fraud, forgery and theft under false pretence at Walvis Bay on Friday.
A Namibian Police Force crime report issued Sunday indicates that the suspect defrauded victims of money by allegedly conducting baptism and confirmation and issuing fake Baptism Registration and Confirmation certificates.
