OPM warns of bogus phone calls by scammers

WINDHOEK, 19 JAN (NAMPA) – The Office of the Prime Minister on Tuesday issued a warning on a scam involving bogus phone calls during which fraudsters seek financial assistance in the name of Prime Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila.
The office of the Prime Minister in a media statement said the scammers call high ranking officials, both in the private and the public sector, pretending to be the prime minister and seeking financial assistance.
