Africa should be heard on conservation matters: Shifeta

WINDHOEK, 28 APR (NAMPA) - Minister of Environment, Forestry and Tourism Pohamba Shifeta has said African countries' voices should be heard when it comes to conservation matters, stressing that the decision of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES) to ban the international trade of ivory will not help conservation.
