IPC dismisses Howard-Smith

SWAKOPMUND, 17 MAY (NAMPA) – Swakopmund Constituency Councillor, Ciske Howard-Smith, on Tuesday confirmed that she had been expelled from the Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) party.
This comes several weeks after the party presented the councillor with an ultimatum to either resign or be dismissed, to which she responded through her lawyer refusing to resign.
“Yes, it is true. I received the letter (expulsion) letter yesterday,” she told Nampa.
