1 (OTJIWARONGO, 30 NOV, NAMPA) – The Roads Authority (RA) on Tuesday announced the immediate suspension of driver’s licence testing services at its Namibian Traffic Information System (NaTIS) centre at Outjo in the Kunene Region.
