COVID-19: Namibia records 109 new cases and six deaths

WINDHOEK, 24 JAN (NAMPA) – Health and Social Services Minister, Dr Kalumbi Shangula, has announced that Namibia on Sunday recorded 109 new COVID-19 cases and six deaths, bringing the total number of deaths in the country to 3 920.
In the daily update issued on Monday, Shangula said the new cases formed part of 1 814 results and represented a 6.0 per cent positivity ratio, with a sex distribution of 56 females and 53 males aged between seven months and 93 years.
