WINDHOEK, 28 MAY (NAMPA) – All 14 regions, with the exception of the Walvis Bay Local Authority area, will transition to stage three of the State of Emergency instituted to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) on Monday for a period 28 days, President Hage Geingob has announced.
