OTJIWARONGO, 17 SEP (NAMPA) – The Grootfontein Municipality’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Kisco Sinvula and Mayor, Abisai Haimene are reportedly involved in a bitter standoff stemming from their official duties at the municipality.
A media statement issued to Nampa on Tuesday by the CEO’s office confirms the stalemate between the two since March this year.
