RUNDU, 17 SEP (NAMPA) – President Hage Geingob has lifted the State of Emergency, which is expected to lapse at midnight on Thursday, along with current regulations.
Geingob declared the State of Emergency on 17 March this year on account of the COVID-19 pandemic.
