Close to 50 learners from one school test positive for COVID-19

WINDHOEK, 27 SEP (NAMPA) - Minister of Health and Social Services, Dr Kalumbi Shangula, on Sunday announced that 48 learners from a secondary school in the Onandjokwe district of the Oshikoto Region had tested positive for the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).
The learners are among the 115 new positive cases recorded on Sunday countrywide, of which 59 are male and 56 female, with the youngest being a two month-old baby and the oldest a 75-year-old.
