OMHEDI, 28 FEB (NAMPA) – The Oukwanyama Traditional Authority on Saturday held a belated 104-year remembrance of its late leader Mandume yaNdemufayo at the Oukwanyama royal homestead at Omhedi village in the Ohangwena Region.
