COVID-19: Namibia records 177 new cases, six deaths
Written by Uakutura Kambaekua on 10 May 2021.WINDHOEK, 10 MAY (NAMPA) - Minister of Health and Social Services, Dr Kalumbi Shangula, on Sunday announced that Namibia had recorded 177 new COVID-19 cases and six deaths, bringing the total confirmed cases 50 070.
Shangula during the daily COVID-19 update noted that the new cases have a gender distribution of 91 females and 86 males ranging in age from three months to 84 years old.
The Khomas Region recorded the highest number of cases at 63, followed by Otjozondjupa with 32 cases and Hardap with 27.
