Police appeal for patience in Shikongo investigation

WINDHOEK, 08 FEB (NAMPA) – The Namibian Police Force (NamPol) has appealed for patience from the public while the culpable homicide case involving the Inspector General of the police force, Joseph Shikongo, is investigated.
Three people died in an accident involving Shikongo on the Ondangwa-Oshikango main road near Indangungu village in the Oshana Region at the end of December last year. The inspector general was travelling in his private vehicle.
