Delivery Hero sets Talabat's IPO price at about $0.44 per share

Berlin (dpa) - The food delivery platform, Delivery Hero, on Friday set a final price for the initial public offering (IPO) of its Middle East online food ordering service Talabat Holding at United Arab Emirate dirham (AED) 1.60 per share or about $0.44. A total of 20% of Talabat's shares, amounting to 4.66 billion shares, will be sold, generating approximately AED 7.5 billion ($2.0 billion in gross proceeds.
