U.S. stocks close higher

NEW YORK, Nov. 29 (Xinhua) -- U.S. stocks ended higher on Friday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 188.59 points, or 0.42 percent, to 44,910.65. The S&P 500 added 33.64 points, or 0.56 percent, to 6,032.38. The Nasdaq Composite Index increased 157.69 points, or 0.83 percent, to 19,218.17. Nine of the 11 primary S&P 500 sectors ended in green, with consumer discretionary and technology leading the gainers by going up 1.11 percent and 1.......
