Shiimi signs N.dollars 2 billion AfDB loan

WINDHOEK, 03 APR (NAMPA) – Minister of Finance, Iipumbu Shiimi on Wednesday signed an N.dollars 2 billion-loan agreement between the government of Namibia and the African Development Bank (AfDB) in the capital.
