1 (ADDIS ABABA, Jan. 20 (Xinhua) -- The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) yesterday disclosed it has only received 30 percent of 33.3 million U.S. dollars it requires to meet the needs of 2,826,104 people in Ethiopia's restive northern Tigray regional state.
