Namfisa receives 283 complaints from consumers of financial services

WINDHOEK, 14 JUN (NAMPA) – The Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority (Namfisa) received 283 complaints from consumers of financial service providers in the fourth quarter of 2020.
The authority’s fourth quarterly report issued on Friday indicates that this is an increase of 8.4 per cent from the third quarter of 2020 and an increase of 6.8 per cent on an annual basis.
