NamPol visits Oshikoto schools to address learners

HASHIHAYA, 17 APR (NAMPA) – The police in the Oshikoto Region are visiting schools in order to talk to learners about bullying, violence, teenage pregnancy, alcohol and drug use and other issues affecting them.
The Namibian Police Force’s (NamPol) Chief of Community Affairs, Inspector Ellen Nehale-Kangulu told Nampa on Wednesday that the programme started on 02 April and will end on 30 June 2024.
“We visit three schools per day and we have so far visited 36 schools in the region,” she said.
