Grootfontein residents demonstrate against Redforce

OTJIWARONGO, 27 APR (NAMPA) – More than 300 residents at Grootfontein in the Otjozondjupa Region on Friday marched through the streets of the town denouncing their municipality’s decision to contract Redforce Debt Management.
The residents owe the municipality over N.dollars 211 million.
The disgruntled residents marched from the Omulunga township to the municipality office in town where they handed over a petition to the council’s management committee chairperson, Alpheus Nghikevali.
