Education ministry increases universal education grant

WINDHOEK, 28 MAR (NAMPA) - The Universal Education Grant will be increased from N. dollars 200 to N. dollars 300 for pre-primary and primary schools, per learner, and from N. dollars 300 to N. dollars 400 for secondary schools, per learner.
The grant will be transferred directly to schools from the central coffers at the national level.
