Zim nationals march in solidarity with countrymen

WINDHOEK, 18 JAN (NAMPA) – About 100 Zimbabwean nationals living in Namibia marched to their country’s embassy here on Friday, to hand over a petition calling for an end to the crackdown on anti-government protests in Zimbabwe.
The attacks on civilians by the military followed demonstrations from Monday, sparked by an announcement that fuel prices would be doubled.
