Leaders must be accessible: Mushelenga

WINDHOEK, 11 JUL (NAMPA) – The Minister of Urban and Rural Development Peya Mushelenga said the only way leaders can exchange views with their communities on matters of mutual concern and join forces to address them, is when they are accessible.
Mushelenga made these remarks on Thursday, when he inaugurated the Linyanti Constituency Office in the Zambezi Region, which was constructed at a cost of N.dollars 16 million.
