Mutorwa wants outdated transport sector laws scrapped

WINDHOEK, 13 FEB (NAMPA) – Works and Transport Minister John Mutorwa wants several outdated and obsolete laws regulating the Namibian transport sector either amended, repealed or redrafted.
Mutorwa revealed this in the National Assembly on Wednesday, while sharing his ministry’s intention to address irrelevant laws.
