‘Let’s comply with sports authorities’: De Waal

WINDHOEK, 13 FEB (NAMPA) – The Namibia Horse Racing Association (NHRA) has urged local horse racing clubs to inform the association whenever they compete in racing events in Botswana, as some individuals and clubs have done previously without the NHRA’s blessing.
In an interview with Nampa on Thursday, NHRA president Marthinus de Waal said the purpose for this is to ensure their safety in the event that something unexpected happens.
