1 (WINDHOEK, 21 FEB, NAMPA) – Government will discontinue the distribution of free fodder to the northern regions of Zambezi, Kavango East, Kavango West, Ohangwena, Oshikoto, Oshana and Omusati respectively, because of improved grazing conditions in those areas.
