UNAM Invokes Social Distancing in Response of COVID-19

GOBABIS, 18 MAR, (NAMPA) – The University of Namibia (UNAM) on Wednesday invoked social distancing at all its campuses countrywide for a period of 30 days in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
A statement availed to Nampa on Wednesday said the decision to invoke social distancing at the institution was taken for the welfare of both staff and students who have been granted an extra week of recess.
