NHS advices flood prone areas to activate flood mitigations

RUNDU, 19 MAR (NAMPA) – The Namibia Hydrological Service (NHS) in the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry said contingency planning for flood mitigation and recovery must be activated in the Omusati, Oshana, Ohangwena and Zambezi regions.
