Ex-magistrate's bail application ruling set for July

WINDHOEK, 29 JUN (NAMPA) - Judgement in the hearing for the formal bail application by a former Windhoek magistrate on trial in the High Court for allegedly raping two women in 2015, will be made public on 17 July 2020.
High Court Judge Marlene Tommasi was scheduled to hand down a ruling on Monday, but could not do so because she was unable to finish writing the judgement in the matter on time.
