Media professionals' union launched

WINDHOEK, 20 NOV (NAMPA) - Various local journalists and media practitioners gathered in Windhoek on Friday and launched the first-ever media union called Namibia Media Professionals Union (NAMPU), with the aim of addressing unfair labour practices in the media industry.
