WINDHOEK, 12 JAN (NAMPA) – Local boxers who worked with boxing trainer Joseph Hantindi said he was a hardworking man who wanted the best for everyone.
Hantindi died last Thursday at his home village of Akweenyanga in northern Namibia after a short illness.
One of the boxers coached by Hantindi is Paulus Ambunda, who said when things went wrong in the gym, he would call the boxers one by one and offer them counselling because he wanted everyone to be happy so they could focus on boxing.
