Othingo mob attack victim identified

OSHAKATI, 23 FEB (NAMPA) – The police in the Oshana Region have identified the man who was allegedly killed by an angry mob at Othingo village on the outskirts of Oshakati as Shuuveni Justus Elago.
Inspector Thomas Aiyambo of the Namibian Police Force Community Affairs Office in the Oshana Region said the deceased was among three suspected thieves allegedly spotted at Othingo village between 21h00 and 22h00 on Monday, after a housebreaking at the village.
