Geingob confers official funeral to the late PLAN fighter Uulenga

OPUWO, 26 FEB (NAMPA) – President Hage Geingob has conferred an official funeral to the late Former PLAN fighter and retired soldier of the Namibian Defence Force, Brigadier-General (Rtd) Holden Japuleni Chrispus Uulenga who died on Sunday in Windhoek.
