CoW launches spatial development framework

WINDHOEK, 13 APR (NAMPA) – The City of Windhoek (CoW) on Tuesday launched a spatial development framework to guide the city’s development by defining future development and land use patterns to achieve a ‘better future’ for all its inhabitants.
Speaking at the launch ceremony, Windhoek Mayor Job Amupanda said the city faces many serious challenges and Council bears a significant responsibility to adapt and plan for a more sustainable future, to ensure a better quality of life for the residents.
