Bank Windhoek Doek Awards announces judges and commissioned artists

WINDHOEK, 12 JUL (NAMPA) – Bank Windhoek has announced its line-up of judges and commissioned artists as the judging panel for its inaugural Doek Literary Awards, set for November this year.
