Man arrested at Omusati for alleged rape of 12-year-old niece

WINDHOEK, 13 SEP (NAMPA) – A 27-year-old man was arrested on Friday for allegedly raping his 12-year-old niece at Onhofi village in the Outapi district of the Omusati Region.
This is according to the weekend crime report issued on Monday by Namibian Police Force spokesperson, Deputy Commissioner Kauna Shikwambi.
