CoW to avail land to NHE to help accelerate housing

WINDHOEK, 02 DEC (NAMPA) – The City of Windhoek (CoW) council has approved plans to enter into an agreement with the National Housing Enterprise (NHE) by availing land at a lower pay rate to assist in accelerating land delivery and housing.
