Pedestrian dies after being run over on Queen Sofia-Outjo road

OTJIWARONGO, 05 MAY (NAMPA) – A man died instantly Wednesday night after he was hit by a vehicle on the road between the Queen Sofia Government Resettlement Farm and Outjo in the Otjiwarongo district.
The Namibian Police Force’s (NamPol) crime investigations coordinator in the Otjozondjupa Region, Deputy Commissioner Naukalemo Andreas, on Thursday said the deceased was a farmworker who was identified by his employer as Gervasius Nghishishi.
