CPBN clarifies N.dollars 650 million tender to businessman Shapwa Kanyama

WINDHOEK, 21 JAN (NAMPA) - The Central Procurement Board of Namibia's Head of Administration, Amon Ngavetene, on Friday said the awarding of medical supply tenders which made headlines this week is incomplete and will be revised.
This follows a public outcry sparked by reports in local media that the CPBN has awarded three tenders at N.dollars 650 million to businessman Shapwa Kanyama’s company Amnics Trading for the supply of clinical products to the Ministry of Health and Social Services.
