Man assaulted after intervening in fight

WINDHOEK, 24 JAN (NAMPA) – A 25-year-old man was brutally assaulted by three men when he tried to stop a fight at Ongwediva in the Oshana Region on Saturday.
The Namibian Police Force (NamPol) in a crime report on Monday said the three men had allegedly initiated a fight with a different man. When the victim tried to intervene, they turned on him and started assaulting him. One of the three allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim in the shoulder.
