Police attaché to Namibian High Commission in SA dies

SWAKOPMUND, 16 MAR (NAMPA) - The Namibian Police Force has announced the death of Commissioner Christoph Nakanyala, who was the police attaché to the Namibian High Commission in Pretoria.
A statement issued by the Head of NamPol’s Public Relations Division, Deputy Commissioner Kauna Shikwambi on Wednesday, said Nakanyala died in a South African hospital Tuesday. Nakanyala joined NamPol on 21 March 1990 and was stationed at the Special Operations Unit at State House as a protection officer.
