URGENT  Azerbaijan says captured over 60 army positions in Karabakh
Baku, Sept 19, 2023 (AFP) - Azerbaijan said Tuesday its armed forces had taken control of dozens of military positions held by Armenian backed forces, hours after launching a military operation in the breakaway region of Nagorno-Karabakh.
