URGENT  France calls on Azerbaijan to 'immediately' halt Karabakh offensive
Paris, Sept 19, 2023 (AFP) - French President Emmanuel Macron on Tuesday called on Azerbaijan to immediately end its military operation against the separatist region of Nagorno-Karabakh.
