WINDHOEK, 02 APR (NAMPA) - The Ministry of Education Arts and Culture (MoEAC) is facing challenges in implementing the integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) with approximately 128 public schools nationwide offering ICT-related subjects to learners from Grade eight to Grade 12.
