OSHAKATI, 22 NOV (NAMPA) – Secretary-General (SG) of the Swapo Party, Sophia Shaningwa admitted that the existence of factions within the ruling party under the so-called Team Harambee and Team Swapo has indeed caused a membership problem and setback.
