Noordhoek murder case bail hearing postponed for submissions

KEETMANSHOOP, 08 OCT (NAMPA) – The bail hearing of 22-year-old Richard Swartz, who stands accused of stabbing a 45-year-old man to death here in June last year, was on Monday postponed to next week.
Swartz appeared in the Keetmanshoop Magistrate’s Court for his third bail hearing before Magistrate Melissa Mungunda, who postponed his case to 17 October this year to allow the court to hear submissions from the defence, as well as from the State.
