WINDHOEK, 20 MAY (NAMPA) – President Hage Geingob has pardoned 1 023 sentenced inmates from various correctional facilities around the country, in commemoration of the country’s 30 independence anniversary.
This is in line with the Namibian Constitution Article 32, Minister of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety and Security, Frans Kapofi told a media briefing on Wednesday.
