Man arrested for assault at Kakoro

RUNDU, 29 JUN (NAMPA) – A 28-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly assaulted a 59-year-old man with a panga on Sunday morning at Kakoro village in the Kavango West Region.
According to a report issued by the Namibian Police Force on Monday, the 28-year-old man allegedly assaulted the 59-year-old man with a panga and the victim sustained an open cut to the head.
The victim was then rushed to the Nkurenkuru Lutheran Hospital, where he received medical treatment.
