Shixwameni laid to rest at Sarusungu Cemetery

RUNDU, 27 NOV (NAMPA) – The remains of the late All People’s Party president Ignatius Shixwameni, who passed away on 10 November, were laid to rest Saturday morning at Sarusungu Cemetery opposite the University of Namibia’s Rundu Campus on Saturday.
Mourners, family, friends and All People’s Party members dressed in their party colours all came to bid farewell to Shixwameni.
The funeral was attended by President Hage Geingob who had conferred a State Funeral on Shixwameni.
