OTJIWARONGO, 22 MAR (NAMPA) - The 31-year-old man who allegedly stabbed to death his girlfriend, Auguste Jonas at Otjiwarongo on Sunday night appeared for the first time at the town’s magistrate’s court on Wednesday morning.
The accused, Protasius Kuuvilwa appeared before magistrate Peingondjabi Shipo who explained to him his legal rights to either engage a private lawyer of his choice; apply for a State-funded lawyer through the Ministry of Justice’s Directorate of Legal Aid; or defend himself in court.
